SP and Joint Magistrate Conduct Foot Patrol in Deoria Ahead of Chaitra Navratri and Ram Navami

In preparation for Chaitra Navratri and Ram Navami, the Deoria police administration has intensified security measures to ensure peace and order during the festivities. On April 2, 2025, Superintendent of Police (SP) Deoria, Mr. Vikrant Veer, along with Joint Magistrate Ms. Shruti Sharma and Additional Superintendent of Police (Northern) Mr. Arvind Kumar Verma, conducted a foot patrol in the Kotwali police station area. The patrol aimed to enhance public safety and prevent any untoward incidents.
The team covered key locations, including Subhash Chowk, Abubakar Nagar, Central Chowki, Railway Chowki, temples, markets, and other high-footfall areas. During the inspection, officials engaged with local residents, urging them to follow safety protocols and remain vigilant against anti-social elements. Authorities also issued warnings to individuals suspected of unlawful activities.
Superintendent of Police Mr. Vikrant Veer appealed to the public to maintain harmony, refrain from any disruptive activities, and cooperate with law enforcement to uphold law and order. The foot patrol was accompanied by City Circle Officer Mr. Sanjay Kumar Reddy, Kotwali Police Station In-charge Inspector Mr. Dilip Singh, and a significant contingent of police personnel.
