Resolve public complaints promptly, Dy CM tells officers

Deputy CM was presiding over the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Complaints Committee in Rohtak today. 17 complaints were placed in the agenda of this meeting, out of which 12 complaints were settled on the spot and for other complaints Sh. Chautala gave necessary directions to the concerned officers to resolve them at the earliest. Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala, while hearing the pending complaint related to crop compensation of Narendra Singh, resident of village Chiri, Rohtak district, directed the concerned officer of State Bank of India to pay crop compensation to the farmer in the next 15 days. While hearing the complaints of the local residents of Suncity, he directed the officers of the HSVP to complete the tender process for drainage of storm water at the earliest. In reference to the complaint of Municipal Councillor Geeta of Ward No. 5, the Deputy Chief Minister directed the officers of the Public Health Department to start the construction work of both the boosters under the AMRUT scheme as soon as possible. He further directed the officers of the Irrigation Department to get the drain cleaned while hearing the complaint related to the cleaning and covering of the rain drain adjacent to the colony of the residents of Parasar Colony, Ward No. 10, Baliana. In reference to the complaint of Shubh Chand Jain, a resident of Model Town, Rohtak, the Deputy Chief Minister directed the Sub-Divisional Magistrate to remove unauthorized encroachment on the basis of measurement.
