He informed that works costing more than Rs 10 crore will be approved by the committee constituted under his chairmanship, which will also include the Minister-in-Charge, Administrative Secretary and Head of Department. Responding to the issue of recruitment of Veterinary Surgeons by the Haryana Public Service Commission, the Chief Minister said that the new system started by the Commission for setting 50 percent cut-off and negative marking is fair. Manohar Lal said that the government is committed to ensuring the benefits of government schemes and services reach to the needy and underprivileged. For this, the government has identified actual beneficiaries through Parivar Pehchan Patra. After the PPP verification, the benefits of every single welfare scheme are being ensured to these beneficiaries at their doorsteps. Uplifting those at the bottom of the pyramid and bringing them into the mainstream is our utmost priority, said Sh. Manohar Lal. Answering a question regarding the verification of family income in the Parivar Pehchan Patra, the Chief Minister said that this is a continuous process.
