Pending village consolidation work to be completed soon: Dushyant

To expedite this process, the state government has decided to recruit retired employees on a contract basis. Deputy Commissioners have been authorized to initiate the recruitment process immediately. Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala made this announcement while addressing residents of various villages in Charkhi Dadri district. He said that when the present government took office four years ago, consolidation work in 125 villages was pending. Through dedicated efforts, this number has now been reduced to 66. He further said that the lack of recruitment in the Consolidation Department for nearly 20 years had hampered progress. To address this issue, the government has permitted the recruitment of retired employees on contract. Deputy Commissioners have been tasked with completing this process promptly. Regarding Lal Dora registry, Sh. Chautala informed that the state government has launched a dedicated portal where individuals can file their complaints. To date, approximately 5 lakh registries have been completed within the Lal Dora boundaries across the state. Once the existing complaints are resolved, the remaining registries will be processed. He urged residents facing issues with Lal Dora-related land to register their complaints on the portal for prompt resolution. Deputy Commissioners have been designated as nodal officers at the district level to oversee this process. Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Dushyant Chautala, during his visit to Atela-Naya village in the Charkhi Dadri assembly constituency, made several announcements. He requested the villagers to submit a formal request for the reconstruction of the Atela-Naya approach road, and assured them that the budget would be allocated soon. He urged the concerned authorities to expedite the construction of the 33 KV power substation in Atela-Naya village to improve electricity supply in the area. He announced the allocation of funds for the construction of a community center in Atela-Naya village to provide a space for community gatherings and events. (editor dailyworld.in)
