Implementing various schemes to raise the standard of living in villages: Dushyant Chautala

Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that the State Government is implementing various schemes to raise the standard of living of the people of the village, as even today more than two-third of the population lives in the village.
The Deputy Chief Minister was interacting with the people who came to meet him from Gurugram and Manesar in New Delhi today. The people of Gurugram and Manesar expressed their gratitude towards the government for granting the status of Sub-Division, Manesar.
It is noteworthy that even yesterday people of Israna region had come to express their gratitude towards the Deputy Chief Minister for getting the status of Sub-Division, Israna.
Haryana Government has recently announced the formation of 8 new sub-divisions in the state. These includes Bawani Khera in Bhiwani district, Manesar in Gurugram district, Julana in Jind district, Nilokheri in Karnal district, Nangal Chaudhary in Mahendragarh district, Israna in Panipat district, Kalanaur in Rohtak district and Chhachhrauli in Yamunanagar district.
On this occasion, Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that the state government is taking various initiatives in the interest of agriculture and farmers. He informed that Meri Fasal-Mera Byora Portal is being operated by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare to register and verify the land records of farmers and to maintain the record of crops sown for procurement and other government benefits.
He said that Mera Pani-Meri Virasat Yojana has been launched by the State Government. Those farmers who do not plant paddy in their fields and keep them vacant, will also get the benefit of this scheme. The amount of financial assistance at the rate of Rs 7,000 per acre to the farmers doing crop diversification will be deposited directly into the bank accounts of the farmers after physical verification of the committee constituted by the department.
The Deputy Chief Minister further said that the State Government has launched Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana a New State Scheme from 2021 to reduce the loss/risk caused to millet farmers due to price fluctuations while ensuring remunerative prices and also providing a stable environment.
