The mission is expected to be effective in eliminating corruption and fostering character development in the state. On Anti-Corruption Day, the Chief Minister was online addressing the training programs being conducted at more than 25 locations in 9 districts of the state under the Haryana Mission Karmayogi program. The Chief Minister said that the Karmayogi program is raising awareness among employees and officers, making them alert and motivated towards morality. This, in turn, enables them to play a crucial role in eradicating corruption, often referred to as the cancer afflicting the state. Through the Karmayogi Mission program conducted via HIPAA, 967 master trainers were prepared at the state level. These trainers will consistently educate employees and officers about morality, duty, and responsibilities during their service. The impact of this training will extend beyond their professional lives, influencing their social interactions and serving as a source of inspiration for the youth in the future. Under the Karmayogi Mission, 8622 employees and officers in the field have been trained on ethics and responsibility. While training is nearly complete in Ambala, Bhiwani, and Faridabad, programs are ongoing in 12 districts. This effort is a significant step towards establishing a transparent, responsible, and accountable administration, ultimately leading the state towards better governance. The Chief Minister said that an honest personality exudes strong self-confidence. Thus, fostering social consciousness is essential to combat corruption. After completing the training, all employees and officers are expected to fulfill their responsibilities towards society, successfully eliminating the stigma of corruption. The Chief Minister highlighted the success of various government programs in providing clean and transparent governance. Additionally, the government has launched the Karmayogi campaign to promote good governance.
