Flights under RCS to commence soon: Kamal Gupta

This was disclosed by Haryana Urban Local Bodies Minister, Dr. Kamal Gupta while addressing a press conference at Public Works Rest House, Hisar today. He further informed that a magnificent terminal is nearing completion, providing modern and state-of-the-art facilities for passengers. These advancements are expected to significantly enhance the airport s capacity and further contribute to the growth of the region, he added. He further said that a substantial budget of Rs. 728 crore has also been sanctioned for elevated road in Hisar which demonstrates the government s commitment to upgrade the transportation infrastructure and ensure smoother and more efficient travel experiences for the residents of Hisar. Dr. Kamal Gupta further said that the construction of the road near Hisar Airport will be expedited upon receiving approval from the Forest Department. This development aims to enhance connectivity in the area. Besides this, the water supply drain for water works at Mahabir Colony in Hisar has been successfully covered, and plans are underway to construct a wide road over this drain, directly connecting the area with Sector-1-4. He informed that the Forest Department has generously allocated land to the Public Works Department in close proximity to the water supply drain. In a reciprocal gesture, the Public Works Department has provided land to the Forest Department in Dadri. This mutually beneficial arrangement has paved the way for the initiation of road constructin from Sector 1 to 4. Moreover, the Forest Department is expected to make land available in the near future to construct a road connecting Talwandi with the Hisar airport. He further said that in the Hisar district, a total of six flyovers including over bridges and railway under bridges (RUBs) have been successfully constructed, with several more currently under construction.
