Speaking on the occasion, Bahra stated that Rayat Bahra University is committed to enhance the soft and technical skills of its students by organizing various training sessions to enhance the chances of employability for students in the area of their interest. Vice-Chancellor Dr Parvinder Singh stated that training programs allow students to be more driven towards their professional goals and support in developing a strategy for achieving their dreams. Programme Convener Dr Simerjit Kaur, Dean of Students Welfare, the Training Programme will equip the students from diverse streams with practical knowledge and make them understand the concepts in the area of their specialisation. Dr. Neeru Bali, Founder and Managing Director of EDCOSMO, Chandigarh, said that experts from EDCOSMO support students to explore and analyze current trends in employment in various industries and guide them on resume building, filling applications, and brainstorming sessions for interview preparations.
