The induction programme for freshers of Management, Pharmacy, Engineering, Hotel Management and other courses was organized today at Bahra University, Waknaghat. Students, along with their parents were invited for the orientation program.
Dr Piyush Verma Vice Chancellor Bahra University welcomed the students and their parents and congratulated the students on entering the field of higher education. He assured them that every member of Bahra University would assist the students to help them achieve their goal, provided the students are sincere in their efforts. He said that in the last twenty years, there has been development in the field of education, where the students who had enrolled in professional institutes had shown interest in electrical, civil and mechanical, whereas now after the entry of private sector, there has been a lot of growth in many other subjects.
He made the students aware of the journey of the Rayat Bahra Group from 2001 till now.Today’s student is the creator of tomorrow’s India and every teacher and employee of the university will always guide them. In his address, he said that it is only through discipline that students can achieve their fixed goal, which will be supported by every teacher of the university.
Dr Manoj Bali, Dean Academics & Student Welfare, Bahra University, congratulated the students entering the upcoming session and welcomed them and assured them of their support. He said that they are among the 10% happy lucky youth who get the opportunity for higher education, for which they should always be thankful to God and their family.

At the conclusion of program Professor Jingta thanked the students and parents while presenting the vote of thanks and said that the teacher is identified with his students.
